JDL-280/XJDL-280 mechanical top drive drilling rig is a kind of drilling equipment developed by the company independently, which integrates the functions of water drilling and pneumatic drilling (National Invention Patent: ZL201510479602.4), and the drilling rig adopts a 5-speed manual automobile transmission, with a wide range of variable speeds, sensitive and convenient switching between forward and reverse rotation, high transmission efficiency, and a substantial reduction in power energy consumption, which is more efficient and energy-saving, and solves the problems of low construction efficiency of rotary drilling rigs for hard rock layers, gravel, pebble layers, and hard rock layers, and the difficulties of air submerged hammer drilling in earth layers. It solves the problems of difficult drilling in soil layer with air down hole hammer and low construction efficiency of rotary drilling rig in hard rock layer, gravel and pebble layer. 1. Adopting mechanical top drive power head, realizing the function integration of mud drilling and pneumatic down hole hammer drilling. It can provide high speed of 1120rpm and large torque (maximum torque of 9800N.m), when drilling into the soil layer, the rig can use coreless composite piece or tooth wheel bit with mud drilling to carry out high-speed rotary drilling in the rock layer, and also can be used with the air compressor and pneumatic submerged hammer to carry out percussive drilling, and in the pebble and gravel and other unstable strata, the use of pipe-following drilling tool can be used to follow the casing to drill the holes.
2. the drilling rig adopts long stroke speed doubling mechanism, mechanical power head, power head stroke 2500mm, which improves the drilling efficiency and reduces the occurrence of clogging and burning accidents.
3. The drilling rig adopts double oil pumps for oil supply, and the hydraulic system utilizes shunt and merge technology. Single pump is used when drilling, and double pumps are combined when lifting and lowering the drill, which has less power loss and shorter auxiliary time.
4. The main shaft of the drilling rig adopts mechanical transmission. The transmission efficiency is doubled and the power energy consumption is greatly reduced, which is more efficient and energy-saving.
